One-Pan Ratatouille in June
Great easy delicious vegetarian recipe that can be made as an entree with some rice/noodles or by itself with a great simple salad.
I did it under 30 minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes before plating it. It was a great easy thing to make for a dinner party. Less time in the kitchen, more time with my friends.
