What target temperatures are used in the steak presets?

I just received my June oven and have cooked a few steaks so far.  I used the medium-rare setting but in each case, the steaks were more rare than medium-rare.  It would be good to know what target temperature is used in the pre-set programs and perhaps have the ability to either edit or copy the program as a starting point for creating a custom program.

    I’m wondering if you let the steaks rest for 10 or 15 minutes prior to serving. I have found that all meats benefit from this as they cook from the outside in and typically continue to cook for several minutes after you remove them from the cooking source. Just a thought.
