If I received a damaged or defective product, what should I do?

Please fill out this form describing the damage which will be sent to our June Support Team along with your full name and order number, and we will initate the warranty claim process. If purchased through a reseller, retail partner, or other website, you must attach a copy of your original receipt.

Please note, we will require photos of the front, rear, and inside of the oven to ensure the oven is eligible for warranty/repair service so you will not have to pay for this service.
