The pan is made out of 3000 series Aluminum. The June Pan is PTFE, PFOA, and Teflon free, and is made out of a food safe hybrid ceramic coating that is used on many non-stick pans. Please note that this pan is not dishwasher safe and best cleaned with warm water and soap.
