What should I use the Broil Cook Mode for?

The Broil cook mode is ideal for broiling open-faced sandwiches, poultry, fish, sausages, vegetables, and searing small quantities of meat. Broiling can also be used to brown the tops of casseroles and gratins. You have the ability to adjust the Broil levels from 5-10 by going into More Options and scroll to your preferred broil level. We recommend levels 5-7 for broiling and searing small dishes and levels 8-10 for browning and searing chops, large quantities of meat, and large dishes.
