Slow Cooking in June Oven
The Slow Cook Cook Mode allows June to deliver results like a countertop slow cooker without taking up any extra space.
How it works
The Slow Cook mode uses low heating element outputs to gently cook food very slowly for maximum tenderness. Using a covered casserole dish or Dutch oven traps moisture and flavor, while allowing you to carry it straight to the table for easy serving.
Customize your slow cooking experience
Slow Cook doesn’t require any preheating and the convection fans are off. Similar to a traditional slow cooker, you can select either High or Low Power. The timer can be set from 30 minutes to 24 hours. With the Wire Shelf in the lowest position, you can use any covered casserole dish or Dutch oven that is less than 5.7-inches tall when the lid is on.
