June’s Enameled Cast Iron Grill/Griddle is a reversible cooking surface used for grilling foods or baking fresh pizza and breads. One side is ridged and the other is smooth.

Cooking Tips
Place the grill/griddle in your June before starting a recipe or Cook-Program. This will allow the cast iron to preheat along with the oven.
Cast iron is excellent at retaining heat-just as it takes time to heat up, it will take time to cool down. Use caution, and protective oven mitts when handling.

Care and cleaning
We recommend hand-washing with a brush and soapy water. Dry thoroughly before storage. Avoid thermal shock by allowing the grill/griddle to cool to room temperature before submerging in cold water.
