The June x Epicurean Pizza Peel helps safely remove pizza, bread loaves, and other fresh-baked goods from the Enameled Cast Iron Grill/Griddle. It can also be used as a cutting board.

Cooking Tips
Build your pizza on the peel, then use the peel to transfer your pizza to the preheated grill/griddle. Using cornmeal or semolina on the peel will prevent dough from sticking. For more information about making pizzas with June, learn about the Pizzaiolo Cook Mode.
The Pizza Peel is also a stain-resistant cutting board that won’t dull knives.
Care and cleaning
Wash with hot soapy water. Safe for dishwasher use. Thoroughly dry the peel before storing to avoid warping.
Highly alkaline foods like papayas and red beets may stain with prolonged contact. To remove tough stains, use a non-abrasive household cleaner.
