June will display this notification when it is unable to download a complete software update. The most common cause is a weak WiFi signal. If you receive this notification, here’s what to do:

Troubleshoot your WiFi connection using our guide. You may need to adjust June’s proximity to the nearest router/range extender or switch June from a 5Ghz network to a 2.5Ghz network for a stronger connection through walls.

Restart your oven by selecting [Settings] > [Maintenance] > [Restart] from the oven’s home screen.

Have June download new software updates by selecting [Settings] > [Maintenance] > [Update Software] from the oven’s home screen.
