Please contact us with the with the damage description along with your full name and order number, and we will initiate the warranty claim process. If purchased through a reseller, retail partner, or other website, you must attach a copy of your original receipt.

Please note, we will require photos of the front, rear, and inside of the oven to ensure the oven is eligible for warranty/repair service so you will not have to pay for this service.
