We’re proud to offer our 100-Day Happiness Guarantee for all ovens purchased directly from June. Our return period for all other products is 14 days from the date of delivery.
- For June Oven, June Oven Plus, and June Oven Premium bundles with a 100-Day Happiness Guarantee, you have 100 calendar days to return the bundle from the date it was delivered. For all other items, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was delivered.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from juneoven.com can be returned to June. June products purchased elsewhere must be returned to their place of purchase in accordance with their policies.
- Make sure the item you're returning is repackaged with all accessories and documentation that were included at time of purchase.
Some items are ineligible for return, including:
- Gift Cards
- Items that were purchased as part of a bundle
- Services such as June Premium or Essentials membership
- If a return is accepted, payment will be refunded upon June’s receipt of product.
- Refunds will be sent to the original means of purchase. Before initiating the return, let us know if the product was a gift, or if the original means of purchase are not available.
- For gift purchases, or situations where the original means of purchase are not available, a gift card for juneoven.com will be issued.

If you wish to proceed, we will ask for your full name, order number, and reasons for the return. Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment. Your feedback is important, and we appreciate your response!
