If your June Oven touchscreen is blank, try the following steps:
Tap the screen and see if the home screen appears with the Cook Mode icons. If the home screen appears but the clock is missing, solve that with this guide. When the clock is missing, June’s sleep screen won’t have information to display and will result in a blank screen.
Wait 10 minutes. If your oven is in the process of installing a software update or performing late night maintenance, the touchscreen will go blank at some point during these processes. If the June logo hasn’t reappeared on your screen in 10 minutes, proceed to the next step.
Restart your oven. Unplug your oven from power and leave unplugged for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, plug your oven back in and let it reboot back to the home screen.
Open the June app and try controlling your oven. If your oven still shows a blank screen after rebooting, open the June app and see if you can start a preheat or access the oven through the app. If you can preheat your oven or start a recipe from the app but can’t interact with the touchscreen, contact our Support Team.
